Executive Members Nominations at March Meeting

Coming up at the general branch meeting in March, on Thursday March 12th, we will be holding nominations for Executive Members of Branch 128. All current members are asked to please attend this meeting, all other regular members are also encouraged to attend. It has been a great year here in Mitchell and all due to the hard work of the numerous Legion volunteers. Please come out to this meeting to make sure that all posts are filled and our organization can continue to serve the community well.

PRE -ST. PATRICK’S DAY CELEBRATION

Saturday March 14^th @ Mitchell Community Centre. Irish Stew served from 5:30p.m.-7p.m. Entertainment by Bob Finlay and Fiddler Mary Ashton.

Tickets $10.00. Available at the Legion.

Valentine's Dinner and Dance

On Saturday February 14th we are holding our annual winter Steak BBQ, this year with a Valentine's theme. The Steak BBQ will be served from 5:30 - 7pm with entertainment provided by Les Smith to follow the meal. Tickets are $14 and are available by contacting the branch. This event is also raising funds for the nationwide "Support our Troops Day" which is being held at branches right across Canada.
