In early November the Zone competition for Cribbage was held at our branch. Two of our teams qualified to move on to the District competition. The team of Betty Pehlke, Colleen Appleby, Bert McMann and Tony Wolfkamp won the Zone competion. At District in Port Elgin, this same team qualified to go to Provincials in Woodbridge. This is the third time in four years that Bert and Tony will be going to Provincials. Congratulations and Good Luck!!

HoHoHo!!! A wonderful annual event to be held at the Crystal Palace. Tues Dec 6th. Our very own Legion Band is hosting their Christmas Concert. Friday December 2nd our annual turkey roll and hamper draw returns. There are 3 hampers available to be won, each containing approx. $300 worth of everything you need to entertain a group. Tickets are only ONE DOLLAR each!! Also that same evening there will be periodic turkey rolls with your chance to win a turkey. It's always a great night out at the Legion.
